The European Quality Assurance Forum (EQAF), an annual event co-organised by EUA, ENQAEURASHE and ESU supported by the European Commission’s Lifelong Learning Programme, is the European conference on quality assurance in higher education that brings together all of the key stakeholders in the field – higher education institutions, quality assurance agencies and students. The 5th  EQAF was held in Lyon, 18-20 November 2010, and was dedicated to the motto “Building bridges – making sense of QA in European, national and institutional contexts. EMTRAIN hold a workshop session there.

The IMI JU programmes EMTRAIN, SafeSciMET, PharmaTrain, and Eu2P have started to work on joint communication strategies and course quality criteria in new cross-project task groups.
